Time to roll out the barrel and discover unique suds & ales! The Village of Baytowne Wharf at Sandestin presents the 6th Annual Baytowne Wharf Beer Fest October 18 & 19, 2013 from 2-6pm.  American specialty beers from around the nation will be available for participants to sample and savor.

The main event will feature more than 200 domestic and international craft beers available for sampling. Brewery representatives will be available at the event, offering an opportunity to learn about the different types of lagers and ales from a variety of styles. Live music will be featured thoughout the weekend.

26th Annual Sandestin Triathlon : Florida's Emerald Coast

On August 18, 2012 the 26th Annual Sandestin Triathlon (formerly the Elephant Walk Triathlon) will lure 700 participants for a half-mile Gulf of Mexico swim, a 20-mile bike along the coast, and a 4-mile run through Sandestin's beach and bayside community. Proceeds benefit Sacred Heart Hospital of the Emerald Coast. Taste of The Beach – Wine. Dine. Donate., a four-day culinary and cultural celebration benefiting childrens’ charities, returns to Northwest Florida’s Gulf Coast November 3-6, 2011. Set along the scenic backdrop of 27 miles of white sand coastline and charming seaside towns, the annual festival is comprised of six events ranging from wine and food tastings to a winemaker dinner and charity auction.

A collaboration between the Walton Area Chamber of Commerce and Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation (DCWAF), Taste of The Beach combines new and established food, wine and artistic events featuring prized vintners and renowned chefs. The majority of proceeds from ticket sales and the charity auction benefit local charities that work to improve the physical, emotional and educational lives of underprivileged and at-risk children in Northwest Florida.

This year’s exciting schedule of events includes: Taste of The Harbor, Taste of Bay Wine & Food Experience, Al Fresco Reserve Tasting at Ruskin Place, Seeing Red Wine Festival, a wine maker dinner at Seagar’s, and the Taste of The Beach & Charity Auction.

The resort features 200' of dedicated oceanfront, a large pool, baby pool,
seasonal snack bar, shuffleboard, plenty of poolside chairs, and two-story
Sun Deck. The resort is located in the heart of Panama City Beach within
walking distance of Clubs LaVela and Spinnaker, shopping, golfing,within
walking distance of Miracle Strip and other activities.

Our condo is a No Smoking, No Pets unit and we do not rent to singles under
25. We adhere strictly to these rules. All guests must register in the
office and may be asked to prove age. The resort supports a family
atmosphere. The resort is equipped with washers and dryers on every other
floor for your use.
