Description: In an effort to continue the tradition of a juried arts festival in the historic downtown of Panama City, the Visual Arts Center of Northwest Florida and the Downtown Improvement Board have partnered to produce the Downtown Festival of the Arts.This three day festival will feature a juried selection of nation-wide artists who will show and sell their works. Festival takes place in McKenzie Park.
